Today went really well. Work continued in order to try and find dating material and to try and establish whether this ditch and bank is a field boundary. We were pleased to be joined by ArchSoc students from University of Birmingham and also two families who came along to see what we were doing.
We are currently awaiting confirmation of the next excavation dates; there is no dig next Sunday,
